PRIVACY POLICY

Viky Italy s.r.l. SRL believes that the privacy of its users is a fundamental asset for its business. The privacy policy adopted by Lem Motor and the implementation of technological measures aimed at preventing data loss clearly demonstrate our Company's commitment and reliability in handling personal data.
As provided by Legislative Decree No. 196 of June 30, 2003, which replaced Law No. 675 of December 31, 1996, Lem Motor, the data controller, through its Sole Administrator and data controller, wishes to inform you of the following: Legislative Decree No. 196 of June 30, 2003, "Code regarding the protection of personal data," governs the methods for the collection, processing, storage, and any communication and/or dissemination of personal data, specifying the rights and duties of the concerned parties. Lem Motor's processing of personal data complies with the current legislation.

User Types
There are three types of users in relation to the use of the website:
- Unregistered users 
Unregistered users can access the site anonymously but cannot place orders;
- Registered users 
Registered users can access the area dedicated to order creation upon acceptance of the general sales conditions; 
- Resellers (e.g., Dealers, Specialized Shops, etc.)
Registered resellers can access the area dedicated to order creation upon acceptance of the general sales conditions.


Data Collection
Viky Italy s.r.l. collects private user data exclusively through the completion of specific forms (hereinafter referred to as "forms") provided online on the website. The forms vary depending on the type of service the user intends to use. Viky Italy s.r.l. collects company data both online on the website and through direct contact and contract agreements.

Purpose of Data Processing
The data collected through the website, processed lawfully and fairly, will be used, with the user's consent, to obtain the services provided on the site itself. Data processing may be aimed at assessing the visitor's and user's satisfaction with the quality of the services rendered. The data collected may be used to provide services related to obtaining commercial offers. Data processing may be directed towards fulfilling the purposes of information and commercial promotion of products distributed by the company and third-party companies whose list is available at the company's registered office. Sending email messages to the addresses possibly present on the site entails the acquisition by the Company of the sender's address. This address, along with any other personal data collected, is necessary to respond to the requests sent and to provide the expressly requested services. Data is processed in paper and/or electronic format, using automated procedures, and is carried out directly by Viky Italy s.r.l.'s organization. Appropriate security measures are provided to prevent incorrect or illegal use of the data, access by unauthorized persons, and loss of the data itself. No data collected through the site is disseminated except for the purpose of providing the service provided by the site and exclusively to Viky Italy s.r.l. client companies.

Nature of Data Provision
Providing data is optional, but any refusal by the concerned party will make it impossible for Viky Italy s.r.l. to follow up on requests and provide the requested services.

Processing Methods
Lem Motor processes data in compliance with legal obligations, ensuring full compliance with legal, contractual, and regulatory standards. Data registration and processing take place in paper and electronic form, with logic strictly related to the purposes mentioned above and, in any case, in a manner that ensures the security and confidentiality of the data. Viky Italy s.r.l. processes personal data and directly handles it.

Data Security
The collected and processed data is protected with physical and logical methodologies to minimize the risks of unauthorized access, dissemination, loss, and destruction of the data, in accordance with Legislative Decree 196/2003 and the attached "Technical Regulations.".

Data Communication and Dissemination Scope
The data provided by the user is communicated and used exclusively by Viky Italy s.r.l., which undertakes not to disseminate the data collected through the mechanisms indicated above.

Use of Cookies
Cookies are intended to speed up the analysis of Internet traffic and facilitate user access to the services offered by the site. Using cookies does not transmit or acquire personal data, nor are user tracking systems used.

Duration of Data Processing
Data processing will last no longer than necessary to achieve the purpose of the collection, i.e., storing search criteria, creating orders. Therefore, processing will last until the concerned party decides to delete the entered data by communicating it to Viky Italy s.r.l.

Rights of the Concerned Party
Article 7 of the aforementioned decree grants the concerned party specific rights. In particular, the concerned party has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of personal data, even if not yet recorded, and that such data be made available in an intelligible form. The concerned party can also request to know the origin of the data, the logic, the purposes, and the methods on which the processing is based, as well as the identifying details of Viky Italy s.r.l., the Data Controller, the Representative in the State's territory, and the subjects/categories to whom the data may be communicated or who may come to know it as designated representative in the State, Data Controllers, or Processors. The concerned party can obtain the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form, or blocking of data processed unlawfully, as well as the updating, rectification, or, if interested, integration of the data; the concerned party can also obtain certification that these operations have been brought to the knowledge of those to whom the data was communicated; the concerned party can object, for legitimate reasons, to the processing itself.
